Tiranas Flughafen Mother Teresa Airport ist der einzige zivil genutzte Flughafen Albaniens, benannt nach MutterTeresa. Die nationale Fluggesellschaft Albanian Airlines fliegt in die Nachbarländer und nach Deutschland. Fluggesellschaften aus Südosteuropa und einigen wenigen westeuropäischen Ländern haben Tirana als Destination.
