Është 22 vjeçe, me origjinë polake. Karl Lagerfeld ka preferuar ta fotografojë personalisht për fushatën "Chanel Eyewear" 2007-2008.Për fansat e shumtë është modelja më e bukur që ka kapërcyer ndonjëherë kufijtë polakë. Anja ka shëtitur gjithë botën për të qenë gjithmonë pranë prindërve të saj. Ka jetuar në Greqi, Kanada, Afrikën e Jugut dhe Francë. Pikërisht në Paris lindën edhe kontaktet e para me botën e modës, fillimisht si një punë qejfi e më pas si një profesion të cilit i dedikon shpirtin dhe trupi
